I have been serving in IMPACT since 2006. I enjoy spending time with teens
and developing relationships with the students, and I am thankful that God
allows me to serve in this ministry.
Jonathan Niles
God
has placed it on my heart that I work with youth. I am very passionate about the
shaping of tomorrow's leaders, and showing them God's love through my actions
and more importantly His Word. God clearly states in His Word how he feels about
children in numerous places, but Matthew 18:6 is one that sticks in my head and
heart. It says, "But if anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in me
to sin, it would be better for him to have a large millstone hung around his
neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea." Wow. That is passion. I want
to bring that passion and love to the youth of this generation so that they may
come to know Him. God loves us all, and everyone deserves to know and experience
that. Not only is it my mission to tell kids that, but also showing them.
Chris Andersen
My name is Christopher Anderson. I love to spend my time helping adolescents
learn about God. My free time is spent hanging out with friends and family.

My name is Jeff Anderson. I am married, have three small children, and I work
for the Columbus Police Department. I serve on the youth staff because I have a
strong desire to enable the youth of our church to completely surrender
themselves to Christ.

applaud the work of the Youth Staff and the teens who are involved in getting to
know Jesus and share Him with others. I enjoy supporting the efforts of the
students and staff by serving behind the scenes to help make contacts and
arrangements for various activities.
Michelle Wurdeman
Philippians 4:13 says, "I can do everything through Him who strengthens me."
There was a time when I thought I was incapable of really doing anything for
God. I know now that I was right but it is not whether or not I am capable. The
question is "Am I willing?" The past few months I have been so blessed getting
to know the students as well as the other staff members. I am so thankful for
this opportunity.

I have great memories from my days of "youth group" and appreciate the service that the Student Ministry team provides for our students. I am blessed to be part of this ministry and look forward to serving along side. My husband Derek and I have 5 children and love Highland Park Church!
